1. Flower arrangements displayed on the website are indicative. We hereby declare that perishable items displayed on the website and actual products delivered will be closely similar and may not replicate the same, exactly. These items are specifically handcrafted and may vary a little in visual appearance than what appears on the website. However, in all cases, quantity will be provided as specified in the order.
2. For non-perishable products, respective brands will be responsible for the quality.
3. In case of perishable commodities, if the recipient or a representative wasn’t available at the time of delivery, or the delivery address is incorrect, we shall consider the order to be delivered. No refund will be available in such cases. However, we try to confirm the presence of the recipient or representative over phone before delivery.
4. If flowers/cakes/chocolates/sweets ordered by the customer is not available in the respective town or city, we shall replace it with alternate flowers/cakes/chocolates/sweets of preferred quality and equal to or greater than order value, as per our Substitution Policy.
5. Delivery of certain perishable items and branded commodities may not be possible in specific towns and cities due to uncontrollable circumstances. In all such cases, you are eligible to get a 100% refund of your money.
6. Delivery of specific branded products may not be possible or delayed under certain circumstances, such as the commodity has been discontinued by the manufacturer or not available in the market. In such case, it will be substituted by a similar product, close to the description provided by the customer. Confirmation will be required from the customer through email; however, if the customer does not respond within 24 hours, it will be considered that he/she has agreed to delivery of substituted product.
7. Delivery at FlowerShop18 may vary from same day to three business days, depending on the destination. If desired delivery date is not mentioned in the order, the same will be delivered within one business day for Class A cities and three business days for Class B cities.
8. FlowersHop18 retains the right to cancel any order unconditionally.
9. Cancellation of an order can be requested at least one day prior to delivery date in working hours.
10. If FlowerShop18 is unable to deliver your order, a full refund of money will be made. We shall not be liable for loss of profits, any other charges, emotional stress, or liabilities caused due to non-delivery.
11. We offer FREE delivery within city limits. Delivery out of city limits or remote locations, and in case of perishable items, may attract an additional delivery charge.
12. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Lucknow, India only.
